Memories In Metal – Individual Partner Agreement

Welcome to the Memories In Metal Individual Partner Program. By applying and participating, you agree to the following terms:

1. Program Overview

The Memories In Metal Individual Partner Program allows individuals to earn commissions by sharing and promoting Memories In Metal products using a unique partner code (“MIM Code”).

2. Partner Code

  • Each approved partner will receive a unique MIM Code

  • This code must be used by customers at checkout to apply the referral and to track partner-generated sales.

  • Commissions are only earned on orders where the code is applied

3. Commission Structure

  • Partners earn a flat commission of $15.00 for each completed metal plate sale generated using their unique partner code.

  • A qualifying sale is defined as a completed and paid order in which the partner code is applied at checkout.

  • Commission rates may be updated at the discretion of Memories In Metal with prior notice to partners.

  • Payments will be issued on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold of $50.

  • Memories In Metal reserves the right to withhold commissions on refunded, canceled, or fraudulent transactions.

  • Partners typically promote a product priced at $99 per metal plate, plus a flat-rate shipping fee of $15. Pricing may be updated from time to time.

  • Commission payments are considered independent earnings and partners are responsible for any applicable taxes.

4. Acceptable Use

Partners agree to:

  • Represent the brand honestly and professionally

  • Share and promote in ethical ways (social media, word-of-mouth, community, etc.)

  • Not engage in misleading, deceptive, or spam practices

5. Brand Integrity

Partners may not:

  • Misrepresent pricing, products, or guarantees

  • Alter or misuse the Memories In Metal brand name or materials

  • Present themselves as employees or official representatives

6. Order & Fulfillment

  • All products are produced and fulfilled by Memories In Metal

  • Partners are not responsible for production or shipping

  • Customers must upload their photos and complete their order process

7. Approval & Termination

  • All applications are subject to approval

  • Memories In Metal reserves the right to approve or deny any application

  • Partnership may be terminated at any time for misuse or violation of terms

8. Limitation of Liability

Memories In Metal is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Loss of earnings due to misuse of partner codes

  • Customer disputes outside of product fulfillment

9. Modifications

Memories In Metal reserves the right to update this agreement at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting your application and participating in the program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this agreement.
