Custom Products
All products are custom-made and personalized based on customer-provided photos and details. All sales are final once an order is placed and payment is received.
Proof Approval
A proof may be provided for approval before production. Production will only begin after approval is received. Delays in approval may affect delivery timelines.
Production & Shipping
Production time is typically 7–14 business days after proof approval.
Shipping time is typically 2–3 business days after production is completed.
Returns & Replacements
If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and provide a replacement if applicable.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded photos and submitted details are accurate. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
