Refund & Return Policy


At Memories In Metal, each Signature Memory Plate is custom-made and personalized based on the images and details provided with your order. Due to the customized nature of our products, the following policy applies.

1. Custom Orders – Final Sale


All Signature Memory Plates are made to order using customer-supplied images and specifications.

For this reason:

• All sales are final

• We do not accept returns

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom products


This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect image selection by the customer

• Image quality or resolution issues from uploaded files

• Spelling or personalization errors submitted by the customer

• Minor color variations due to screen differences

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


2. Manufacturing Defects


If your order arrives with a verified manufacturing defect attributable solely to Memories In Metal, we will correct the issue.


Manufacturing defects may include:

• Errors caused during the production process

• Physical damage occurring during manufacturing

• Product received does not match the approved order


To request a review:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Provide clear photographs of the issue

• Include your order number

At our sole discretion, we may offer:

• A replacement product

• A reprint

• Or a refund if a replacement is not possible

Refunds are not issued without verification.


3. Shipping Damage


If your package arrives damaged:

• Take clear photographs of the packaging and product immediately

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

We will work with the shipping carrier to determine the appropriate resolution.


4. International Orders


All international orders are final sale.

Due to the custom nature of our products, the cost of the Signature Memory Plate itself is non-refundable.

Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and handling charges are also non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country.


5. Order Changes


Orders may enter production shortly after submission.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

If you need to request a change, please contact us immediately after placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.


6. Chargebacks & Disputes


By placing an order, you agree to this Refund & Return Policy.

Before initiating a chargeback, you agree to contact us to allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue.


Unauthorized chargebacks for orders that comply with this policy may result in:

• Suspension of future ordering privileges

• Collection efforts for recovered losses

We are committed to resolving legitimate issues promptly and professionally.
