Memories In Metal – Pro Partner Agreement

Offer your clients a premium way to preserve their most meaningful moments.

Welcome to the Memories In Metal Pro Partner Program. By applying and participating, you agree to the following terms:

1. Program Overview

The Pro Partner Program is designed for photographers, event professionals, and service providers who wish to offer Memories In Metal products to their clients as a premium add-on or standalone offering.

2. Partner Code

  • Each approved partner will receive a unique PRO Code

  • This code must be used by customers at checkout to apply the referral and to track partner-generated sales

  • Commissions are only earned on orders where the code is applied

3. Commission Structure

  • Partners earn a flat commission of $15.00 per completed metal plate sale

  • A qualifying sale is defined as a completed and paid order where the PRO Code is used

  • Commission rates may be updated with prior notice

  • Payments are issued monthly, subject to a minimum payout of $50

  • Commissions may be withheld for refunded, canceled, or fraudulent transactions

Partners typically offer a product priced at $99 per plate, plus a flat-rate shipping fee of $15. Pricing may change from time to time.

4. Acceptable Use

Partners agree to:

  • Offer the product honestly to clients

  • Integrate Memories In Metal into their services appropriately

  • Avoid misleading or aggressive sales tactics

5. Brand Integrity

Partners may not:

  • Misrepresent the product or pricing

  • Alter or misuse the brand

  • Represent themselves as employees of Memories In Metal

6. Order & Fulfillment

  • All production and shipping is handled by Memories In Metal

  • Clients complete their own order and photo submission

  • Partners are not responsible for fulfillment

7. Approval & Termination

  • Applications are subject to approval

  • Participation may be revoked for misuse or violation

8. Limitation of Liability

Memories In Metal is not liable for indirect damages, lost earnings, or disputes outside fulfillment.

9. Modifications

Terms may be updated at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.

By applying, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
