Memories In Metal – Teams/Organizations Partner Agreement

Welcome to the Memories In Metal Team & Organization Partner Program. By applying and participating, your organization agrees to the following terms:

1. Program Overview

The Memories In Metal Team & Organization Partner Program allows teams, schools, clubs, and organizations to generate revenue by promoting Memories In Metal products using a unique organization code (“ORG Code”).

2. Organization Code

  • Each approved organization will receive a unique ORG Code

  • This code must be used by customers at checkout to apply the referral and to track organization-generated sales

  • Earnings are only generated on orders where the code is applied

3. Earnings Structure

  • Organizations earn a flat amount of $15.00 per completed metal plate sale generated using their ORG Code

  • A qualifying sale is defined as a completed and paid order in which the code is applied at checkout

  • Earnings may be updated at the discretion of Memories In Metal with prior notice

  • Payments are issued monthly, subject to a minimum payout threshold of $50

  • Memories In Metal reserves the right to withhold earnings for refunded, canceled, or fraudulent transactions

Organizations typically promote a product priced at $99 per metal plate, plus a flat-rate shipping fee of $15. Pricing may be updated from time to time.

4. Acceptable Use

Organizations agree to:

  • Promote Memories In Metal in an honest and appropriate manner

  • Use the program to support team, school, or organizational initiatives

  • Avoid misleading or inappropriate marketing practices

5. Brand Integrity

Organizations may not:

  • Misrepresent products, pricing, or guarantees

  • Alter or misuse the Memories In Metal brand

  • Represent themselves as official employees of Memories In Metal

6. Order & Fulfillment

  • All products are produced and fulfilled by Memories In Metal

  • Organizations are not responsible for production or shipping

  • Customers must upload their own photos and complete their orders

7. Approval & Termination

  • All applications are subject to approval

  • Memories In Metal reserves the right to approve or deny any application

  • Participation may be terminated at any time for misuse or violation of terms

8. Limitation of Liability

Memories In Metal is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Loss of earnings due to misuse of codes

  • Customer disputes outside of product fulfillment

9. Modifications

Memories In Metal reserves the right to update this agreement at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting this application, your organization acknowledges that it has read, understood, and agrees to this agreement.
